Following a complete statue restoration, Machinery Movers & Erectors rigged and removed the Matthew Fontaine Maury statue at Preston Library - Virginia Military Institute and transported it to its new home at Maury-Brooke Hall. MM&E had to delicately maneuver the statue down several flights of stairs without damaging the piece of art. Most of the work was completed by hand as there was little room for equipment.
